The Mojave Foundation is in discussions with a possible coffee shop considering moving to Mojave. The coffee shop would be located downtown, probably off Sierra Highway or K St, and would serve gourmet and specialty coffee. The coffee shop would be intended to be a community gathering place, with possible book clubs, poetry readings, music, and other amenities.

However, the Coffee Shop needs to know how many people in the community are interested before negotiations continue. If we can get enough customers in Mojave and the surrounding areas to say they would purchase coffee in Mojave, this coffee shop could locate to Mojave as early as spring 2014!
